Job details:

Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits (PPO plans only) No HMO. No Medicaid.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive office with hands-on training and a team that truly wants to see you succeed.
Dental office: 2 years (Required).
Accurate treatment planning.
Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
Strong understanding of PPO plans, coverage, and dental insurance guidelines.
Reviewing insurance benefits, frequency limitations, downgrades, and out-of-network coverage with patients and explaining estimated costs.
Scheduling patients efficiently and managing the daily schedule.
Coordinating patient flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Updating and maintaining accurate records in the dental software.
Communicating with patients about follow-ups, financial arrangements, and upcoming appointments.
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.
Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow-up communication.
Insurance verification for patient plans and coverage.
Maintain AR (Accounts Receivable) report current and up-to-date.
Post insurance and patient checks to accounts.
Send insurance claims promptly and track payment status.
